Before beginning to read, take the time to answer the following questions:
- Read the title and look at the picture. Read the names of some of the chapters. What do you predict the novel will be about?
- What is found at the end of the book? Why do you think it was included?
- Explain what you think of when you scan the book. Does it remind you of another book you have read?
